HI - Looking for recommendations for 90 day annual multi trip travel insurance which provides cover for touring with our motorhome in Europe but also a cruise. We have medical conditions to declare and I am aged 68. Many thanks.

We went with all clear (who took over insure and go) with medical issues a year policy, but i dont know about motorhome travel, they do europe, cruise, and worldwide 🤗

Took multi trip out today with SAGA. Max 120 days a year and up to 90 days in any one trip.
Worked out about a third cheaper that taking out single trip with same company. Thought the on line booking was faulty so phoned them to confirm

LV premier annual multi trip, £88 for me with high blood pressure declared. 90 days per trip with no limit on the number of trips.

on the recommendation from this page i got a quote for LV - £585
I'm 66 & have diabetes, hubby 70 & has osteoarthritis with 1 ankle fusion.
other quotes
Staysure £174.24 but only 35 consecutive days for persons 70 (which he will be soon)
Avanti £126.72 for basic cover (excludes missed departure/end supplier failure/catastrophe and 35 consecutive days for over 70's)
AllClear travel £350 max 45 days

We were with Nationwide but want an extra £312.73 to cover medical/trip & age extensions.

Try true travellers single trip policy, up to a year.

SAGA do 90 days, policy taken out last week for Spain trip on the 18th.

If you're a member of CAMC they do a single trip policy up to 185 days no age limit except if you are doing winter sports where the age limit is 65 years.

We tried the CAMC but they were twice as expensive as SAGA. But they were on vehicle insurance as well

Erm, I think you’ll find that they only permit four 90 day trips. 😎

Ian 😉

Only when you make a claim will find out what your GPs view is and subsequent pay out.
Conditions are interesting for the unwary, I would not venture to give a recommendation, apart from one tip.
I asked an underwriter friend to read the conditions some of which he dismissed, or ask a broker to negotiate a policy on your behalf, might cost more however they should ask you the questions we try to avoid!
Price is not all in either direction, terms, conditions and disclosure are crucial.

Don't you think that's a bit obvious? Did it need saying? :giggle:

Most jokes don’t need saying but the humour would be lost if it wasn’t said. 😊
