Just rcd e mail and tried to book via email and would only price for 1 adult so attempted to enter code on booking on CCC app and code not accepted.

I don't think it will be you.
I always struggle to make bookings with the C&CC on their website.
For some reason, sometimes, pitch availability for units over 7m seem to not show available when they are in fact available. i end up having to ring the site directly - and that's a fine art as the staff are always worked to death.
In my personal view, it's the one thing that I think that the C&MC have got right over the C&CC.
I have mentioned this in the past to C&CC and they advised me to write in - which I did, but didn't get anywhere.
In their defence, maybe the system is struggling with everyone trying to check availability after the discount announcement?

It strikes me that the C&CC website gets very little time/money spent on maintenance, even more so when lockdown kicked in.
