Give us a clue where this 230v lead is please?

Looks like a Mate 'n Lock, both AMP & Molex do them. the connectors are crimped pins/sockets. To get them out you can get a special tool or a jewlers screwdrives does the trick, just a barb on the side of the connector needs pushing in.

I'm sure those are intended for 12v/24v and not 230v.

Looking down into the tubes you might be able to see the barb that retains the pin. Thats what you want to depress with a fine screwdriver . They can be awkward.
You wont find much room to re crimp another lead into the pin, depending on what you want to do either source new pins or cut off the cables and insert another connection, best soldered etc not choc strip. Do you know the max current the connection can carry? if it is a cheap copy, they can melt if they get hot.

The crimped pins are easy to remove but almost impossibly to open without damage but that doesn't apply in this instance.
The OP wants a new plug to fit in a spare socket in the consumer unit.

I've used this company for other bits and they deliver promptly. There is a close-up of the pins near the bottom of this page.
