Does anyone know how to replace a submersible ( internal in water tank) water pump on a 2012 autosleeper broadway ek, I can see the inlet pipe from the feeder socket going to the main water tank under the seat in the van but I cant see where the pump sends the water back into system, if anyone has pics or even video of this type of system it would be of great help

Has it got an airlock? A problem I regularly have on my van.

I have located the pressure switch in beside the water heater and taken it apart cleaned it and reassembled it then made the adjustments on the turn screw, it then works find for a while and then reverts back to pump running but no water coming out of taps and only stops when I turn off the power at the control panel, I was thinking the pump was damaged or clogged, does anyone know is it big job to drop the water tank and remove the pump, it sounds like its a major task?

If the pump is inacessable without a lot of work you can fit a Sureflo pump inline wthe the submersible pump and leave the submersible in place. That's what they do on Auto sleeper PVC's when the pump goes. You will also need to take out the pressure switch as the Shurflo has one built in.

thanks for suggestions fitting an internal pump may work but I think I will still need to remove the water tank, there is no access or inspection cover in the van to the water tank

I as talking about fitting an external pump and leaving the existing one in place the water just gets drawn through it by the new pump.

Ours is a 2013 Broadway EL with the tank underneath. The Whale pump sits inside the tank and access is through a large screw cap on the bottom of the tank, when our pump failed I left it in place and installed a Shurflo pump inside the van. There is an electrical connection joint alongside the o/s chassis just before the tank, might be worth checking, ours was just covered in pvc tape and I disconnected the feed to the original pump at that point when fitting the Shurflo.
Pm me if you need any help or a photo.

Our pump in our Autoquest 400 packed up whilst away, got into it today. Its in the wardrobe , anyway one has to turn the pump in the tank upside down to get it out, push on fit pipe quite simple really take fuse out of the box and cut the wires then re join onto the new pump. what a palaver. There is nothing on line how to go about this so just thought I would post for info. Its a submersible.
