On my 2017 year 718 model, I didn't like the thought of any battery under the seat, so built a box on the garage on N/S fitted 2 batteries and trickle feed to vehicle battery then fitted controller and inverter next to batteries, or I should say my Electrician did it.
PS. Battery vents went through floor

I’m looking at my Chausson 630 Ford 2019 to fit 2 x gel batteries. Space is 350 x 350 so tight but could get in 2 batteries but won’t be able to get plastic boxes in.
What do you think I should do just put 1 in ?

Wiring seems a bit of a mess wondered whether I should get in auto electrician ?

Good move Gels are far safer and you don't need vent tubes, I would never fit wet batteries under a seat. Wiring does look a bit of a mess but as long as it's safe it should be OK. I would change those dodgy looking battery terminals for some decent ones.
