@Puddleduck will there be anywhere for dumping grey & black waste over the weekend?

Yes, there will be black water disposal and grey water disposal (bucket job I'm afraid but I will ask about hedge disposal when I see them). Also fresh water available - there will be someone to direct you when you arrive.

What's the 6 metre rule please?

Spacing between vans for safety and security I think

There has to be 6 metres between a van or the edge of an awning and the next van. Not my rule but a general rule. It has been shown to minimise fire spread and as we have plenty of room it would be unwise to ignore the rule - also it would invalidate the insurance.

@pigginchilli Steve and Nade have offered to make curry (probably Sunday night). If you are interested please let me know so I can make sure we have enough supplies. There will be a small cover charge.

Nade is a professional cook so get your names down!!!!

The BBQ (Sat evening) will be a bring, cook and share event so no charge as you will bring your own food, it will be a social event and chance for people to meet other Funsters and renew friendships.

The Big Brunch (Sunday morning) will be honesty box donation to cover costs.

Excess of donations over costs (if any) going towards Les's bench.

Also thanks for replying about waste disposal as we're setting off this weekend on our slow drive up to Kelso and not sure how much wild camping and sites we will stay on before we get to you.

re the curry, can i ask without sounding a wimp how hot its likly to be as my throut still donst do spices too well, we did have a ruby night befor last but it was only an asda jar one.....

I could have made Bridget's knickers!!!! Knickers are fun and easy to make. lol

Big pants, scanty panties, thongs, etc etc.

I'm a wimp as well @Scout so I am sure there will be hot and not so hot curry. Also mango chutney, poppadoms, naan bread. If anyone has any other requests for side dishes I am sure we can accommodate them if we know in advance.
