Note that it does still mention that you need electricity to break the bonds in the water to make hydrogen and oxygen gas. Unless they've broken the laws of physics, you won't get out more energy than you put in. So it'd be more efficient just to turn the electric kettle or bar heater on with the electricity you already have.

The place where hydrogen is useful is you can effectively store it like an energy battery for later. But compressing hydrogen for storage so a bottle lets out more then a fart of pressure is also hard. They gloss over that aspect.
