Are you sure that the filter in the bottom of the tank is not blocked. Does it sound like the pump is running?

Just changed my pump
Fuse 09 under bonnet -( 07 Ducato maxi) labelled by Fiat as Headlamp washer

The fuse in mine was fine
so took pump out applied an external 12v supply the pump failed to work and just got hot

£25 to replace from a Car Spares Shop (for me PCS in Clay Cross)

capster1958 If the fuse and relay are ok , it could be worth checking that the multiplugs (front and rear) are all pressed fully home on the Body Control Module (BCM) unit.
The wiring for the washer pump motor showing the fuse and relay connection to the BCM under dash fuse unit can be found and down loaded in the Motorhome Technical Articles (on page 3 , Fiat Ducato X250 power supply and headlights) ) of the Resources section that is in the top (blue) line of this page.
