This might already be on some thread but the wild camp at Chipiona now has a height barrier. I'm not surprised really because they have provided an aire very nearby that nobody uses. It's fiddly and you have to input passport numbers and do everything by credit card. There are a few places to park further down the road but these get taken up quickly . It looks like you can get a space but the branches from the trees prevent you parking without scratching your roof

that's why we generally use sites (y)

why pay for a dusty car park when you can have your own pitch and nice grass to sit on.. :cool:

There's a whole chain of those aires across Andalusia,mostly in marinas, we stayed at the one in Ayamonte soon after it opened a couple of years ago.
Convenient for the town but expensive and a right palaver getting in, even more so in that location because of a separate access barrier to the marina with no one in security to open it.
