Who needs a bike rack

    Never mind the ladder, if my eyes haven't completely deserted me that bloke climbs up balancing the bike ON HIS HEAD!!!

    That's what the Indians are like (assuming it is india) happy people getting buy ....managing with what they have (very little) trying to make ends meet. In my working life in rail construction H&S I would have had a fit!lol While I have seen plenty of stupidity have never seen anything like that :)

    Their manual handling risk assessment would make for an interesting read.....
