It looks similar in style to the Remis rooflights in the vehicle (from 2015). And if it is, does anyone know how it comes off? Does it ‘pop’ off?

I’d like to take it home clean and sort out the pleats.

From memory you need to pop the holey strips of the surround off and should then find screws underneath to remove the whole frame, personally I'd leave it where it is and clean it in situ, you can easily sort the pleats out without taking it out.
