If you’ve never been , and your passing , you must try it . They do takeaway too . Lovely meaty fish and home made tartar sauce to die for .

Thanks for a great long weekend Val & Bob. We had a great time and were particularly pleased that Lynda was able to do the Abbey steps up and down with her new hips. Had some nice beer sampling sessions, and some interesting food, not least the Coquilles St Jaques at Middle Earth. The Thai meal was different to say the least, but the Tom Yum Goon soup gave me a Kalhari Bushmen belly. I blame the green lipped mussels. :eek:

Had a steady run back via Gt Ayton but the A1 was pants when we reached Ferrybridge. Thanks once again.

A Big thank you to Val & Bob and helpers for another great Goth Weekend.The climb up the steps was worth it to visit the micro brewery.

I see that a photograph for the "Travel photographer of the year 2018" competition was taken at the festival.

Anyone from the MotorhomeFun?
I have not shared the photo as I suspect the photographer would not be happy but have a look. :xThumb:
 
Don't recognise the couple as Funsters but not sure the photo was taken this October as the sky was never that blue or the sea that calm from memory. May not necessarily have been taken in 2018 perhaps.

I suspect you are correct. Just checked the entry rules and taken in 2018 is not required.
