Hi - I have a misbehaving Omnivent in my 2012 Apache 634.
Apparently it's a common problem in that the fan starts and then quickly fails with the forward and reverse lights flashing alternately.
Having searched online I found several reports that the control board needs replacing but the only electronics I can see are on the back of the touch-sensitive switch.
Is it just the switch (with the electronics on the back) that I need to replace or is there some other control board hidden somewhere?
Thanks,
Bill

It looks like they are encapsulating the circuit boards now, probably to try and stop the mosture getting in which was causing them to fail.

Here is what the earlier control unit looked like.

O'Leary Motorhomes sells replacements.

Thanks guys - looks like the 'control board' that needs to be replaced is part of the switch itself. I guess that's worth a try before going for a full replacement.

I’ve had the same problem this week and took it apart on the inside including the fan and sprayed it with WD40 and all good now. Just remember to take photos of what you take off because I struggled with what nuts and washers go where when putting it back, but eventually managed where it goes.

Well, the replacement switch/control board has arrived (not cheap!) and - it the Omnivent works again!
Thanks for your help.
