Hi all
Can anybody point me in the right direction regarding which is the right ACSI book/card to buy? When I Google it there are different books at different prices. Any advice is appreciated

No. Annual membership. The 2022 membership card is inside the flap on the front cover. Many sites don't ask you to leave your passport at reception if you have one of these. They return it when you leave. If you have a DD you'll get next years book in the post after Xmas.

It is for off season travel so no use in high season. We have used it for a month in Italy and must have saved a fortune.

There is a lot of confusion about 2 different ACSI cards that are available.

One is a type of camping carnet which provides insurance against any damage you cause or if you do not pay your bill. This card can be used instead of providing your passport to the campsite.

The other enables you to get an off peak season discount at campsites all over Europe. For this there is no membership as such. This card comes with two books that list the relevant campsites and discounts.
