We have just got back from Masham. We stayed at the Black Swan pub site in Fearby good views . Very nice food , if a bit expensive for pub grub . Certainly one we will use again through the winter months though as they have hard standings .
We walked into , and back from Masham sheep fair about 2.5 miles each way.
I got a sheepskin rug to keep my back warm , sitting out of an evening .
Ralph got a new Black sheep T shirt. The weather was with us too , got the T shirts out again. There were some very Gothic type Morris dancers doing their thing. Wearing black and cerise pink , complete with skulls , top hat and tails and bowler hats and kilts. They wouldn't go a miss at Whitby Goth weekend. :thumb:
