I'm a newbie
Hey guys!

Myself, wife and 2 small kids are considering a Fifth wheel and would love to speak to or meet up with someone (Bucks Area) with extensive knowledge of the whole process of full time living / traveling please? We would like to start out traveling in the UK then take on Europe! I know your all gonna tell me to slow down ;) but there is a plan to take things really slow and just live on it for a while before even traveling to get used to everything. I'm interested in Monthly costs and limitations of such a big rig in the UK and abroad.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

welcome .. hopefully someone from that area will be along soon ..... but don't duscount the rest of us. :)

Difficult but not impossible with small children. What would you plan to do about education and where would you plan to park ? Campsites ?
What is the motivation for doing it ?
Welcome to the forum by the way

I am looking at fifth wheels as well it seems a minefield .
Be careful and dont buy on impulse .
Do your research and look at what you can tow with what pickup and make sure your license covers you .
Dont always believe what dealers tell you .
Sounds bad because not all dealers are bad but arm yourself with the knowledge you need beforehand then you can make an informed decision .

I am still happy with my old hymer at the mo and wont change for anything less solid.

As for full timing that brings another lot of issues . I always maintain i long term ? for a start.

Good luck and keep asking questions and letting us know how you get on.

Hi and another big w2f I sadly have no experience but sure you will get loads of help here, enjoy.
