I fit 5KW / 8KW Chinese diesel blow heaters. Heavy frost this morning on My Motorcaravan. Turned the 12V / 8KW diesel heater ON using the remote controller { pointed through the rear window }, back in the house for a cuppa - 5 mins later the cab windows were de-frosted and the van was nice and warm..

I've only got petrol in my little doblo
:xsad::xsad:

It doesn't matter if your vehicle runs on Petrol or LPG as the heaters come with a 5L, 7L or 10L auxilliary mini diesel fuel tank. You can use ordinary road diesel or cheaper RED diesel as it's for heating.

Some years back Volvo made a car that you could plug in overnight to the mains when it was icy what happened to that idea .

dunno but I plug my 106 into the mains every night as it has a 3Kw fan heater in the passenger footwell on a timer switch.. Not only is the car defrosted in the morning, it's also bone dry on the outside and toasty warm on the inside :D

Great idea, but once I had that in place there would be no room for me :xrofl:
