Kerosene!! Yep, lured by the dark side for a really budget 40th wedding anniversary trip to Rhodes. It would have been a memorable road trip, but one of us couldn't get the additional time off work to allow for a sensible length of stay for such a journey.
Planning next year's road trips now through.

I ask the wife what that smell was yesterday it only me cooking dinner my reply thought it was sumthing getting cremated.

I shut my eyes for a moment and I was there too, the door opens, a blast of warm air scented with kerosene and you're on your hollibobs, next stop souvlaki and a Greek salad !
