I wish!! I've ridden an ebike for many years but never got to that stage. I get puffed in first gear even with an ebike going up a steep hill with no throttle only an assist bike.

Just watched the video - very impressive. Cannot let the wife see it as it might give her some ideas that I would struggle to follow behind on my non ebike. She tried once to ride (pre ebike) up a dropped kerb and ended up with a fractured skull

We did the Coast to Coast on ebikes at the ages of 68 and 70 but I think we'll have to leave the Cuillins for another day. The Way of The Roses (Morcambe to Bridlington) is for next June.
