Well that’s not very good is it! Is that the only place it’s a problem? Is it paint or is it in the fibre glass I wonder.

Normally caused by flexing....

Is it Alloy or Fibreglass.?

It seems a slightly different colour to the other wbites around it. Has it been replaced?

Alloy I believe.. it’s going in for it’s hab check in May so I’ll have them look at it.

Yup. I've checked the other side of the van. Its fine.

If Alloy, I would think more to do with paint mixture or sprayed in a draught than stress cracks...

Has it has been painted in that area? looks like a hard edge at the bottom against the trim and possibly under the door frame, if so what old-mo says would/could apply.

Slightly bigger picture would be nice to getter better perspective of the area & extent to which the problem has occurred.
Its surely not made of Bone China is it?;)
Hope your dealer takes some pictures and Bailey fix this for you FOC, fingers crossed.

Just have a look under the van and check there isn’t any water getting in behind that trim . It looks like it’s been sealed but may have a small gap as it’s slightly green .

Hi, I would think it should be covered by the warranty as it is obviously not damaged, had a look at mine (same age and model) and looks ok at the moment but if I did see something like that I would assume it would be a warranty claim
