All the gear, and no idea!
Well the ultimate offgrid Carthago is going up for sale.
It will be going in classifieds shortly for a while so any funsters who know how good this van really is, can have a chance at it before going on autotrader!
Here it is at offgrid getting some work done..

And again for the diesel heater fitting.

I’ll post the full spec (massive spec) and pics at the weekend or if you want them sooner DM me
Reason for sale? Moving house.
Price £78k

Me too I have just taken a deposit on mine for collection on 02/06 same reason really our house is going up for sale this week and I don't want the motorhome influencing a house purchase best of luck on your sale

Sorry to hear that you need to sell the van to facilitate the house move. Hope you can get back to motorhoming before too long.

Good luck with both sales and finding a new home.

I’ll still have them pads off Paul though👍

Flipping heck Adi after all the money you spent on it. You were still getting things done to it a few weeks ago.

I've just checked the date it's not April 1st.😒.

If we were to move house 1st priority would be Motorhome parking, no way would we get rid of the van.

First priority, depending on age to retirement etc, would be to downsize the house, I suppose location in the country with house prices comes into it.

There’s someone at work his wife insists they move again, that’s about 5 since I’ve known him(20 years) each time it’s to a more expensive one, a new car every 3 years, all to keep up with jones, they’re both in their late 50s no children.
Who you going to leave it to I always ask him.
Answer is. “ we’re not sure just enjoying life” so if they’re enjoying doing it that’s fine he’s right about enjoying life.

We've all got different priorities but if we didn't have kids I wouldn't be at work in my late 50s I'd be retired!

Sorry to hear that you're selling your lovely motorhome Ady & Val 🫤, hopefully you won't be moho-less for long 🤞🤞

Good luck with both sales - whoever buys your motorhome will be getting a well sorted van.

Hope you won't be a stranger on Motorhome fun 👍

If you genuinely need them Adi, then I'll still keep them aside for you, but if your just doing the honourable thing, then stuff that, as I can always find another mug person to buy them. :ROFLMAO:

Like others, I'm a bit bewildered with you flogging your van, but no doubt you have thought it through (have you ?) before coming to your decision and no doubt thing that are none of our business are behind it as it probably hurts to move your van on. :(

Unfortunately I’ve made some daft decisions earlier on in life and still paying the price 🤷‍♂️🤯🤯
I really meant the person in CazPaul post. We all have different priorities but moving house every few years to a bigger one and new cars probably equal a fair few years at work extra compared to not spending as much. I remember years ago we decided to change to shopping at Aldi and cutting other spending to retire earlier and sold our business when I was 56. I don't think on my death bed I'm going to wish I spent more years at work! I think lots of others took similar decisions at the time of COVID

Yeah Brian, we want to move👍 don’t want to sell the van really but it does facilitate the move unfortunately 🤔
Could you put it into store in the meantime? We made a massive mistake selling our Hymer to facilitate a house move....... wish we had known more back then.
