WATER PUMP NOT WORKING (1 Viewer)

I HAVE A FIAT DUCATO 2.3 RIMOR EUROPEO 69 PLUS,
FOR SOME REASON THE WATER PUMP AND THE HEATING HAVE BOTH STOPPED WORKING BUT AS THE HEATING WORKS THROUGH A COMBI BOILER I GUESS THIS IS NORMAL IF NO WATER IS COMING THROUGH.
I HAVE CHECKED THE BATTERY AND THE READINGS ARE 12 SOMETHING NOT RUNNING AND 13 SOMETHING WHEN THE ENGINE IS RUNNING SO I HAVE ELIMINATED THE BATTERY I PRESUME.
ANY IDEA WHAT TO TRY NEXT GUYS.

Both of your (something ) voltage readings seem a bit low, however............
Have you checked the pump fuse?
Is there water in the Combi or has the frost protection drained it?
Does it work on 240v?

I don't know how to check the combi but the frost protection did drain it but i refilled again.
no it doesn't work on 240v

Presumably the sink and basin taps don't deliver water either.
Sounds like deffo a pump problem. Checking the pump fuse is the first step.
There is a potential second issue in that if you tried to run the system not realising that the water had drained the thermal trip may have activated and need resetting.

Daft question but you did reset the the frost protection and it stayed in the closed position before you refilled

Hi, Do you know where the pump is situated and if so can you check if it's getting power?

I think the motorhome heating is supposed to work even if there is no water in the system. The water heating doesn't, obviously. So does the space heating work? Is it blowing air through the vents, is the air cold or warm?
