Hi all ,
I am a first time motorhome owner and have just bought a 1988 Fiat Ducatto !
I am learning lots already but cannot figure out why the water tank is full the pump is working as I can hear it but no water coming out of taps ?
I have checked a couple of the joins and water is getting through ?

Thanks

Martin

Is the pump running?
You may have to wait to fill up the system, especially the hot water.

:welcome4:Hi Marty ,I would find the pump take the outlet side pipe off and see if any water is coming out to start with .The rubbers may have perished and may need new rubbers or just replace unit.If the pump is working ok turn every tap off but one and see if you can get water to one cold tap then work your way round bleeding out each cold tap ,if they work then make sure your boiler is full and do the same with the hot tap .WELCOME to Fun lol

Welcome.
It shouldn't be all new to you for long.
If the pump is running, water must be going somewhere.
Look under the van. It may be the dump valve is open. The valve will be just above where the water is coming out. Look in the manual and see how to reset it.
That is the most likely solution but, if not, please let us know.

If your boiler is empty it usually takes a couple of minutes to fill, meanwhile you won't get any water to the taps.
As already said, close all taps except the hot tap FURTHEST from the pump.
Wait until water flows clearly, close that tap then move on to the next FURTHEST tap....doesn't matter if its hot or cold as the boiler is now full.
