Hi guys advice please. Truuma water and heating gone down. Red light presume it's the heater
Have power and checked fuse. Engineer on route what sort of cost to replace??
Thank you sue

When on gas and 240v? Or doesn't work on either?
If it's the 240v heater element it's not a major job to replace it (on my heater).

Hi everyone
Not working on either. All lights are on. He's checked fuses etc? Any clues?

Red light often is no gas getting through. Have you got gas at other appliances? Is your voltage good? Are you on EHU?

Just found reset button on boiler but not staying in?
That's not good, but it shouldn't stop it working on gas as it's to prevent the 240v heater element burning out in the event that 240v is selected when there's no water in the boiler..

Haven't tried it on gas yet.. but I have not run it on an empty tank? Now the blower is constantly blowing when truma isn't on. I presume because it over heated?

Haven't tried it on gas yet.
Well you said earlier that it wouldn't run on gas so unless you or the engineer has changed something I doubt it will run on gas now.
. but I have not run it on an empty tank?
Nevertheless, the reset button only pops out when the 240v element becomes overheated.
Now the blower is constantly blowing when truma isn't on. I presume because it over heated?
I'm afraid you've mentioned too many variables now for me to offer much help without being there, hands-on and with a test meter.

Is the window shut properly above the flue?
We’ve got a safety switch on the window that prevents the boiler working if the windows open.
Was on a site the other year cursing that the boiler was broke, just to add to the other faults we had been experiencing when I remembered.
