WATER CAP STUCK

Hi all here is a good one just unlocked my water cap filler and although it turns it will not come out! any ideas of haow to remedy this ?

Are you sure you didn’t lock it?

Maybe the lock/unlock mechanism is at fault because the indication is that it is still locked.

Mine does that sometimes, does it turn to a dead stop?, usually needs a good pull to get it off although
it's difficult to grip.

Try pushing the cap in slightly as you turn it.

Sometimes you need to give it a hard twist but not so hard you will break it.

I had the same problem with mine and like Icantremember would suggest that after you unlock it, push the cap inwards as you turn it, then pull. Now works okay for me using that method

Try pouring boiling water onto cap.I had one sticking and found out this cured it.
