Vudome problem

We have a vudome satellite dish and recently we find that when we are using the remote to point the dish to the appropriate angle, the dish won’t turn.
One of us has to get on the roof, of the camper , unscrew the cover and turn the dish manually. Sometimes it will turn will the remote but hardly ever. Mostly we have too. Ideas what to do please??
