Is that guaranteed £9.50 pcm for the full two years?
AFAIK, we're on a similar one for £8.00 pcm for 100gb, so far so good. I suppose the 'only' increase might be if Vodafone put it up in line with inflation etc but that's all.

You simply take out the Vodafone contract via Fonehouse, so you still get the bills etc from Vodafone for the full amount which you pay, then when you submit your bills (they tell you which ones) you are paid the cashback. Its worked perfectly every time for us and they don't take long to send you the cashback either.

Thanks MG it sounds good but to be honest I couldn't be bothered. I'm with three unlimited everything for 24 months, first 6 months half price at £10 then 20 for the following 18 months.

I do hope it's 120gb!

Seriously, I'm thinking of jumping to Vodafone, but I've found a similar 12 months cash back deal

I have the 100gb for £8 on a 24 month contract. Claim back was eay enough.
Still got 16 months to go.
But would certainly recommend fonehouse

We have the 12 month version and it's been easy to claim the cash back - I have put reminders in the calendar.
I agree - I too would recommend Fonehouse.

Why do you doubt it? If they can do ours for £8 for 100gb then £9.50 for 120gb is possible.

What cashback deal have you found?

If you're in a contract why query the Fonehouse deal?

This will cost £228 in total, yours will be £420, a difference of £192.

I used to do this years ago... phone dealers used to split phone & contracts up... then sell on both separately.
Never had a problem claiming but obviously they hope some will forget.

You listed it as 120mb!

That's what I'm pointing out, not the deal, it's fantastic, and well spotted 👍

Ah, I get it now  .. what's a gig or 120 amongst friends! :giggle:

Sounds a very good deal ...with no limits I can see on roaming data allowances either (y)

Vodafone introduced roaming data monitoring on 18 Jan. You have to demonstrate your usage is more in the UK than abroad. So make sure you use your allowance in the UK

Yes unlike the unlimited ones where you are limited to 25gb abroad pcm (yes I did say gb this time! :giggle: ).

As Picky said above you do need to max your usage in the UK first though.

That shouldn’t be too hard in the current climate ......just leave it playing iPlayer BBC news for a few weeks

Noooo ... the poor thing would die of boredom!

How does the cash back thing work, and what do you have to do?

I have ffive contracts with Three all taken out at differant times of the year. I've also got another two contracts with other providers So I tend to keep an eye on the offers but I've been with three for decades.

Isn't it £10.50 a Month Minxy Girl ?

Below is a screen shot of what it shows on the website which calculates as:

£480 = total cost (£20.00 x 24 months)
£252 = total cashback
£228 = actual cost after cashback = £9.50 pcm

The drug dealing is going well in lockdown then, regarding all the phone contracts 😂

Do you a current Vodafone account?
Yes but I wasn't logged in so it wouldn't know. I suspect it is a cache/cookie on my machine which is taking me to the 'old' deal although it did allow me to put it in my basket when I put it on the forum originally, but if you look now having not done previously the deal has changed, it's till not bad at £10.50 a month though!

Oh the 'checkout' link is still working for me so I wonder if I could get it for £9.50 a month ??? Maybe I'm 'speshul'! :giggle:

We've been with Sky mobile for a couple of years now. I love the flexibility. We only use it when travelling. You can change your plan once or twice a month but my favourite bit is they roll over any unused data for up to 3 years.

I believe the actual wording is equal amount in UK & abroad....but whichever as long as you use it in the UK for equal amount of time abroad (which should be easier now with Brexit 90/180) there shouldn't be any issues.... this was all introduced to stop expats getting them or having them sent to Spain etc by relatives and basically abusing the system.. which i don't blame them for clamping down on.... it also is in my mind wise to switch to someone like Vodafone because even though all operators have so far said they wont introduce roaming charges...there is even less likelihood of a major carrier who operate their own network here and abroad doing so.. providers that piggyback may have more problems down the line..

I've just had a look at this and from what I can make out it's now £14 per month? Or am I missing something?
