Just been for the compulsory visit and wormer to:
Selarl Veterinaire Pays De Bray.
2 Bld Industriel
76270 Neufchatel en Bray.
Sorry, their website not on the bill.

Very nice Guy spoke good English and gave our Jacks a proper examination,,, including temp check up the wotsit.
We were in his surgery for over 25 minutes and the bill was just over e50, which we think is very reasonable.
One excellent feature of the practice though is the fact that we booked the app about 5 weeks ago online!
The Surgery is only a 20 minute stroll from the Aire.

That's the vet we use and I agree they're very good. We use the free aire at Mesniers en Bray, being cheapskates which is really nice and not far from the vets.

We haven't tried the Mesniers en Bray Aire (being fine upstanding PayAllTheTimeSkates☺️),,, seriously though, not adverse to free stopovers but we use the pay one because the washing/tumble dryer machines are the bizz.
Well happy with the Vet,,,
Second one we've posted about on this trip,,, the other being:
Raul Salado Rodriguez, in Sanluca de Barrameda, Southern Spain, would rate them 10/10 with a Gold ? Star. ?

The Aire is very popular, but only holds about 10 vans, so you need to get there early.

Some decent walks and cycle rides along the Route Verde which runs through the village.

And it has a Chateaux ;)

Well blass me Borr, wees bin ear many times but never seen the Chateaux?! Now gonna GuGoogle it ??

The chateau had a serious fire some years ago but you would never know, it’s a lovely looking building. The Aire is unmarked, last time we were there.a couple of MHs had parked length ways taking 3 spaces each. A couple of times they were asked to move to let others park, but they just closed their curtains and stayed put.

Is the €50 for one dog?

Hi Minxy Girl.
It was e50 for 2 dogs. We've got 2 Jack Russells.
Three years ago (2017) we paid double that but canna remember the name of the town,,, soon as we saw the place we knew we were gonna choke on the bill, the building was ultra modern, horse paddocks outside, manacured lawns, and,,, inside the surgery,,, electric self elevating examination tables!
All very Posh.
We wont be going back!

So most we've paid for the totally unnecessary but compulsory "worming examination" is e107,,,
cheapest was in Hotton (Wife's Grandfather buried in the War Cemetery there,,, killed during the Battle of the Bulge) a lovely Lady Vet whose Surgery was, is, tagged on to her home. Her bill was an astonishing e29!!!
Last year we paid e72.
So all very different.

Hows your dog? ?

I interpreted ‘Jacks’ as more than one Jack Russell but accept that it could be a Labrador called Jacks. ?

We paid €44 for two boxers (vets tablets) at La Mailleraye-sur-Seine.

Ian
Yep,,, Jacks,,, as in 2 Jack Russells.
Thanks for the heads up, we've noted the Vet ?
