Can I take this opportunity to thank VanBitz for their invaluable help, by telephone, last week.

After a major malfunction of the 12v supply to the habitation area of our motorhome which was puzzling our local Approved Worshop they suggested that I speak to the installers of my Alarm, solar charging system and battery master to see if it could be a problem with any of them.

Having rung VanBitz, I had a long conversation with them in which they ran through the details of their systems showing they couldn’t be responsible.

Going the extra mile they then discussed the symptoms of the problem and made suggestions as to the likely cause which I then reported back to the ARC.

Great customer after-care!

I have no connection to VanBitz other than as a (very) satisfied customer. Thanks is again.

We blame that eddie bloke for dragging up those youngsters AshVanBitz and Simon Select right proper to understand customer service.

We bought our MH through Simon and have had additions done by Ash. Very pleased and refreshing to find no bullshit, down to earth service.

We even reccomended some oooohtubers to get work done by Ash and the team, at the NEC last week.

Having been a member of Motorhome Fun for some years I am blown away by the accolades for your customer service from so many people. I thought I could take advantage of your sound advice.
I have a 2014 Autosleeper Mercedes Stanton which was fitted with an HPC HYDRAULIC LEVELLING system unfortunately I had Lithium battery fitted by an incompetent Auto electrician garage in Scotland who has since gone bust and in fitting the battery he blew the levelling system control panel, do you have any words of advice how I could rectify the problem?

Good morning Maurice,

Apologies for the delayed reply. I was out of the office for the past couple of days and didn't have an opportunity to check MHF.

I personally haven't had any dealings with the HPC system but I am sure it will be something very simple (maybe a small fuse that powers the control panel). I would advise you to speak with the guys are Gliderite. Karl the owner is very helpful and I am sure than he will be able to point you in the right direction to get the system back up and running.

If however they are not able to assist, please give me a call and we can look at getting you in with us and we can check the system over to see if there is anything that we can do to help.
