Making our way towards Valencia/Valencia coast for hopefully a bit of warmth. Any tips on sites to stay for a night or two?
seem to be a few on the coast, some have tight pitches.

Remember its the fire festival main event starts on 15th runs for about a week unlikely to find anywhere in that week unless the virus has restricted the numbers going

Just there a couple of nights including tonight then heading further south. Thanks.

If it’s only for a couple of nights then take a look at Valencia camper park, motorhome stop outside Valencia, good facilities and short walk to tram into city centre, site sells tickets. very easy access and lovely people.

Moved further on and tried to get into Kiko park, Olivia. Full . Help!

If you come back from Kiko Park to Olivia and turn North on the N332 back towards Gandia , the first town you come to is L'Alqueria . There is a camperstop there called....

Nothing fancy but will do till after the weekend. Perhaps try ringing as quite popular.

Good luck.

We are on Camping Narajal at Javea which is a decent site and leaving tomorrow but there is space as when I paid they asked if we wanted to stay.

Cheers. Barry can’t get on.
We managed to find a site on beach called Rio Mar. A lot of long term caravaners but very quiet. will see how it goes. Only €14 a night with free electric and great wi fi.

Stayed at:
Camping Devesa Gardens Resort
Ctra de El Saler km 13 (CV500)
46012 El Saler
Spain
GPS: N 39°19'23" W 0°18'35"

Nice site on the coast road just south of Valencia, bus stop at the gate direct into Valencia (15mins). Plenty of lovely walks in the national park and nearby canal/lake. Cross the road and walk to wild beach.

Valencia is stunning, be sure to walk the old riverbed from the city centre out to the futuristic buildings.

Tried Devesa gardens thanks. This site had two spaces left and van behind us just got in too . Few brits mulling about looking for sites but many full. The site we are on is good. We clearly have the best plot. Decided to stay at least 3 nights now as 22c and great walks and bike rides.. I got price wrong. €18 per night for seniors and 10% discount for 3 nights. Pre ordered for tomorrow, paella takeaway for €4 each with pan!!
Captain, we will look out for walks along canal. Thank you everyone. Our first road trip in our MH and it’s so nice to have support. ?
