As I just posted a thread about my shingles attack with a picture of me in knickers, I’m obviously in an over sharing mood!
In that vein UTIs or water infections…
I actually don’t get them that often even though with my MS it’s more common.
However, whilst away in Greece I got one and had to find a medical center for testing and antibiotics etc.
A friend has since recommended D-Mannose. This is a powder you take a teaspoonful every day. It prevents attacks.
It’s cheap and incredibly effective.
So if UTI’s are something you struggle with I highly recommend it too.
I’ll post a link from Amazon. It’s available in tablet form but I don’t have any experience of that. I simply put a teaspoon in water and drink it every morning. It doesn’t taste of anything, just slightly sweet.
