I had a pm from a Funster about Widdy the cat who I mentioned having emergency treatment and operation in the NHS vs Private thread.
Widdy is fine, and has stopped wobbling. Stitches came out Tuesday and the vet told him how lucky he was as the Aorta and windpipe were exposed. He has he voice and appetite back, but looks a bit odd with his front all shaved. Vet still had no view on what had caused the injury but rat, badger, fox, another cat or barbed wire are all possibilities. Just over £750 all in for his treatment.
