How do I stop every reply that I do on a thread from becoming Watched and then clogging up my email with notifications that there's a reply?

Tap your username and then select preferences.
I have turned off all email notifications.

If you go to the thread, where it said Watch Thread at the top, it will now say Unwatch Thread. Click on it and all your troubles will go away
