under floor water tank cap

I am trying to find a replacement underfloor screw cap for the tank with little success it is approx 1100mm in diamater. Can't find one anywhere. Any Ideas ?

Can you post a photo, your 1100mm dia is bigger than a dustbin lid !

Oh it should be 110mm . 11cm
