Been moho’ing for a time now
Hi, knowledgable peeps, I have a 2001 Mercedes B680 2.1cc and would like to connect a turbo boost gauge, where is the connection on the turbo ?? Ideas please 🙏

Fitted mine to the top hose of the inter cooler, been working well for 10 years, aluminium barbed fitting and a bit of hose is all that’s needed,

It is a pressure gauge. Although a normally aspirated engine inlet manifold would have a negative pressure, a turbo charged engine inlet manifold will have a positive pressure. You will need a gauge that will accurately read up to about 5psi. A Gauge that has a scale of say 30psi will not give you a meaningful reading. Also you will need to find out what the turbo boost pressure is supposed to be, otherwise your readings will not mean anything.
I use a long connection pipe, to reach into the passenger compartment, this enables readings to be taken whilst driving.
