Trying to contact KS Energy? (1 Viewer)

I'm in the market for a lithium battery and I've identified a KS Energy model that looked good for my needs. The only trouble is I can't contact them: I've phoned them numerous times since Monday, left a couple of messages, emailed them and filled in their on-line form to no avail. Has anyone spoke to them recently or successfully bought a battery from their online site?

and while Im at it, if anyone has problems with the app and are using the bluetooth compact range,make sure you are using the
KS Energy 2.0 app , there are 2 versions

Yep. Bought one from them in August. Quick service and delivery. All good. Did have to buy a new charger from Apuljack too though but it hasn’t been turned yet in nearly six weeks.
