Hi I’ve a 56 plate elddis on a boxer chassis the water heater works on mains ok, but not on gas. There’s no green light at all when I switch it to gas I’ve checked all fuses including the one on the pcb all ok. Could it be the pcb? All suggestions great fully appreciated

More info needed to be able to consider a useful response. Such as the make and model of the heater. How have you checked that there is a gas supply - do the gas hob rings work ok? Are the gas valves open? Any fault codes showing? Warning lights etc?

Great to hear it's sorted. Did you fix the problem, was it a simple fix, or maybe a new circuit board, or was a new heater necessary? And did you find out which model it was?

Looking at the thread time line , you might have to wait till December for any further update ;).
