Or, if you prefer, they do a pay as you go. I understand the PAYG credit never expires, but you do need to make a call/test every 90 days.

Hello and welcome, look at O2 classic SIM available only on eBay must be credited with £10 but lasts forever.

I’ve had that deal for about 5 years. There are a few things to note. You need to make a credit or add a bolt-on every now and again to keep it live. Luckily some of the bolt-ons are free. Also mine stopped responding to remote status calls after a period (can’t remember how long). You have to remove the SIM from the iNet box, insert it in a phone and make a call to revive the function. Other than that it’s perfect.
