Just arrived at a britstop and the truma is not igniting. I've opened the front to find this loose wire. Can anyone tell me where it should go please?

Have a look in the resources section. I did a strip and rebuild of a Truma to fit new electric elements but it’s years ago and no longer have that van

Looks like the main power cable which should be connected to a power source close by! Who disconnected and why?

Good question. We've had the van two years and only ever used the heating on electric. I think that the power lead idea is correct. I'll look when we get back.....and when its warmer to be working in the van. I know, I'm a wimp

Thanks all
