I seem to have lost my last post.

So here goes again.

iI need some help with this Truma control.

Photo should be attached.

When the switch on upwards the orange and red are illuminated.

When the switch is downwards only the red light is illuminated.

When switch is in the middle no lights are on.

I think it’s to do with the water tanks OR I may be wrong!

It is to do with gas bottles actually, I will look for some instructions(y)

A bit of light reading here,

EDIT in conclusion I would say that your photograph shows that you are switched into "winter mode" ie switch up and the top light on so the heater on the regulator is on and the selected gas bottle is empty as shown by the red light, "summer mode" so no heater would be the switch down but still the red light for empty gas bottle, off being in the middle so no lights.

It's controls a heater on your Truma gas regulator to keep the gas flowing in really cold weather. The bonus is that it goes red when the primary gas bottle is empty. The duo regulator will switch to the second gas bottle but the red light let's you know the primary bottle is empty and it's time to fill up / replace the bottle.

Many thanks for the info.

Happy Christmas

In the position you have it in with the amber light on means the regulator heater is on, you only need that in really cold conditions probably when it's well below zero for days.
The red light is also on so either it has switched to the second bottle or the primary or both bottles are turned off.

Had Duo C on the last two vans in 8 years only ever had the switch in the down position.
