Travel Insurance CCC Disappointing Customer Support

Just received this email from the club stating due to the Corona Virus they are issuing no renewals or taking on new customers. After 8 years with them I find this very disappointing even more so as our premiums are due for renewal next month and we have a ferry booking to Santander in September.

Just renewed wit Avanti, they also cover declared pre existing medical conditions. premiums for the 2 of us was IMHO good.

Anyone currently abroad with a CCC policy ending in the near future are going to be stuffed. Suspect they will lose a lot of like me loyal customers.
