Advertised on here last year but no takers because if like me you have a motorhome then you have all the space you need, but having spoken to lots of people with smaller vehicles such as Vws then space is very tight and this might just solve a few problems for you. It is fitted with mains power so can be left on site whilst you explore with a mains cool box running or as we have done before, a slow cooker working so you return to a cooked meal. It also has thirteen pin twelve volt electrics so a cool box can run from the tow car electrics while you are on the move. There is easy access from both sides and under floor storage which currently houses four milk crates which can carry eighty bottes or whatever you choose.
It is approx eight feet long, three feet wide and five feet high (sorry still haven't mastered metres yet)
I'm in no hurry to sell so no silly offers please. Looking for £600

It's not something I need but curiosity compels me to ask, was it something else in a former life or is it able to be transformed into something else, with the flick of a switch.?

What are the plated weights please?

Here is the plate but it is practically unreadable. It has no brakes so I assume its classed as under 750kgs. Will have another look at the plate if it ever stops raining.

P.S. wherever you carry bikes now is where the bikes go

Me too! What was it used for before you towed behind your camper? I'm intrigued as it looks purpose built for something?

Cracking... A hand scratched VIN plate. :D2
Good job it's not a legal requirement.

As can been seen from the plate (even though its almost illegible) it was made in France and they are often used by travelling fair people, you usually see them with a communal washing machine/dryer in one side and a kitchen in the other. As the fair people usually live in caravans and don't normally stop anywhere for more than a couple of nights it means they all have access to a washer/dryer.

Can you supply measurements for each of the compartments, width of opening, internal depth and height please. Thanks.

So it has finally stopped raining and the sun is out., so the vin plate is as follows

Constructeur. M J, 01390, St Andre de Corcy
Type. AJ 500
CU. 220 (assuming this is its weight in kilos)
PTC. 350 (assuming this is its load capacity in kilos)
Serie No. 05H631

The underfloor storage space is 12'' deep (a wine bottle stand up in it) 36'' wide and 56'' long plus the section that goes under the tapering nose

The top section is 36'' at the base tapering to 33'' at the top, 32'' high and 56'' long. the doors are shaped as can be seen from the photos. the top is 13'' the side section is 25'' and they are 48'' long.

The front locker is 18'' front to back, 16'' deep at the rear and the lid is 28''wide tapering down to 13''.

The body has a plywood divider down the centre from front to rear

Thanks for your help, I don’t think this trailer will suit my needs. 10 out of 10 for being different!
