i am the proud new owner of an imported Toyota Granvia with a 2.7 petrol engine. I would be very grateful if someone can tell me what engine oil I should put in it. Thanks.

Also,, many car spares websites like Eurocarparts get you to enter the reg number and then it comes back to tell you the info / parts for service etc..

I suspect because it is a personal import?

A bit of Googling suggests the same engine was used in the Hilux which are probably a lot more common. If you can find out what oil a Hilux with a 2.7 petrol engine uses for the same year as yours then this is probably the correct one.

It was given a retrospective P registration when imported 6 months ago, but it doesn’t appear on any lists for some reason..
