I doubt such thing exists for the camping side of the van Tom. The nearest most makers got to a handbook was a folder with the instructions that came in the boxes of all the different components, fridge, water heater, pump etc. The actual Peugot Handbook for the base vehicle might be easier to find.
At that age most converters didn't do a specific handbook. As mentioned by Jim either a folder of separate instruction sheets or a generic book/pamphlet that covered the entire range that the manufacturer produced. Your best bet is find another owner with a similar van and photocopy the important bits. However there is nothing complicated in the older vans and as simple as caravans
