Thule Bike rack issue

I took the frame off the carrier that is fixed to the back of my van. As you can see the retaining pins holding it on are very badly corroded. Quite concerning that firstly I was transporting two bikes on the back of this and secondly the rack is only five years old.
Question is has anyone replaced these and if so where did you get them from? Cant see them on the spares list and I have also sent a message to Thule and heard nothing back.

I could bodge something but the upstand on the pin is retained in the end cap. Im concerned they could vibrate out!

What diameter are the pins and could you replace them with R clips or linch pins?
