The seat can easily be removed but you have to bend the plastic more than you would expect .HI everyone, I have a fresh up kit. The seat is a bit of a challenge. Looked on YouTube but its a different type of attachment. Any hints tips or recommendations welcome.
I have the same C200 . I will try and take some pictures and see if I can find the best way to remove itIts a C200 series, I guess over the years the original plastic has lost its flexibility. I cant move the thing. Its annoying as it only looks like it needs a couple of mm sideways but I just can't manage it. Didn't like to use a lever incase I snapped the lugs.
Great post! Here you go . Do it like this . Pull the seat the the right and then upwards and it will soon come off View attachment 427228View attachment 427229View attachment 427230View attachment 427231
Oh bumblebluck, just brought socket set, electric multi tool, angle grinder and a set of clamps to remove our 200 seat. The long haired General will be pleased!!!We renewed ours in Feb, just after we got our elderly van and aeons before using it (courtesy of Covid) Expected it to be difficult. Searched for clips n screws thinking it would be like in house. haha. In long run it was so easy it was laughable how long we'd spent trying to do it. Pretty sure it just lifted off. No tools required. Have expected it to fall off ever since, but it hasn't. Personally I need an" Idiots Guide"for everything to do with having a motorhome.
