I could do with some advice with regards to above. MH parked up at home in usual position, went to switch on fridge freezer and instead of it automatically selecting hookup and starting, I got all the green lights flashing. Manually selected hook up and cooling level but it reverted to all the green lights flashing.
tried various combinations of settings but to no avail. Tried the gas option, the burner lit and ran for a while, still with the green lights flashing but after 10 minutes it had shut off with no cooling having taken place.
MH is level, and all other electrical items are ok, even tried disconnecting hook-up hoping for a re-set and also started engine, all to no avail. There are no fault codes or spanner symbols showing.

The reset routine is to turn the fridge off with the power (be it 12 or 230v) still connected, then to turn it back on for ours. Fwiw ours often does this and needs a few minutes "rest" in order to reflect upon the error of it's ways.

If you press the 2 x select arrow buttons and the square button between them at the same time that should select service mode , this may reset things.

thanks Burgo and GeoffnDee, tried both, no change. The pressing of the three buttons at the same time did freeze the flashing lights but they returned once I selected a mode.

Engineer999 I would expect the control panel side of things on the fridge to be powered from the leisure battery permanently and there should be a fuse for the fridge control panel that you could remove to cause a total shutdown of power to the control panel to try to reset. it. There may be a fuse on the EBL (2amp ? not a 20amp one) or maybe a plug or connection on the rear of the fridge you could disconnect to try this.

GeoffnDee,
Thank you again for your advice, no fuses accessible from the front and not sure how to remove external vent to get to rear.
However, went to load van yesterday morning and pressed the power button in one last desperate hope and it fired up as if nothing had been wrong.
Not sure if the overnight shutdown had enabled a reset or if the internals had been too hot for switching on (it had been the hottest day of the year) or was it because I had washed the van and some water may have splashed through the vent, either way it appears to be working.
Drove up to Lickpenny Site near Matlock and still working but will attempt to talk with Thetford as to possible reasons.
The site is marvellous , generous pitches and vey well kept - would recommend. 4 G is non existent though, hence the tardy response.
Cheers
Colin
