Thetford fridge error

Can anyone tell me what error code 1 means on a Thetford 3way fridge?

If it is a 3000 series , error code 1 = Senses flame when gas should be off , try turning the fridge off and then on again or disconnect the 12v supply to the fridge (remove fuse ? ) and then reconnect.
It could also be a faulty gas valve or power board
