So cassette leaking. Bought new seal tried to open the lid with the door as youtube video and broke the sliding housing.
Managed to open with a screwdriver and took a chunk out of the lid. Tried to fit new seal and three of the screw holders broke the plastic is weak.
So a new lid £40 ish or new cassette £120 ish . What would you do?

If you're planning on wild camping a bit, I'd buy another one so you have a backup

Get a new van, cos. your bound to break something else 😝😝😝😝😝😝😝

Orange one c250 c260 . You seem to have to purchase a new seat in the pack even though i dont need a seat.
There's a couple on ebay but one of them is at silly money for 2nd hand.

They do pop up on here now and again. I'd pop up a wanted ad. Depends on how much of a rush you are in for it.

Couple also on Facebook market place.
One in Derby £30, missing slider.

Buy a refresher kit it’s usually cheaper and you get a new seat as well 👍😊

What I found when the screw holes snap out inside the cassette you cannot do anything with them as you cannot make a repair strong enough so bought refresh kit instead 🤔😊

After seeing a video on how to change the seal the chap mentioned be careful opening it and he had a piece of wood that fitted between the slide rails for the sliding cover, I now have a piece of wood to do the same and it works - for future reference for you

Thanks
The video on youtube is a bloke changing the parts on a new cassette. Not one seven years old and all gunked up.
I will by a new one a once a year grease up all the screw holes. An expensive mistake but you learn from these things.
