Try telling them this:

Open hole by sliding lever.
Lower clothing
Sit on seat.
Dump.
Wipe.
Clean bowl with brush or paper if necessary.
Close hole by sliding lever.
Raise clothing.
Wash hands.
Dry hands.

And do remember................

I’m embarrassed to say that video made me laugh. Talk about toilet humour! The best bit was very near the end where the “wazzock” (as Tony Capstick would have called him) asked her; “are you alright love?” The poor woman. And she’s probably on the minimum wage too.

But as you say "made me laugh" I tend to get the same reaction when I show it on the laptop at sites, glad you enjoyed it

I’m wondering what the flush reservoir capacity is - asking for a friend of course.

That’s like ours but the flush water comes from the main tank. Not a built in one.

I don’t know which variant of the Therford cassette toilet system the OP has - or if it IS eve that make, but the manual at post 42 answers: -
1 how to empty the system
2 how to refill the system
3 etc.

Oops, “only“ was the keyword I missed. How was all that cassette “activity” explained within social distancing rules but not the bit about swinging the toilet body around?
